چسب بیرکوزیت

چسب بیرکوزیت محصولی صنعتی و تولید کشور آلمان می باشد.

از چسب بیرکوزیت یا اصطلاحا خمیر بیرکوزیت جهت آببندی فلنچ ها و اتصالات صنعتی در خطوط حساس استفاده می شود.

با توجه به این که چسب BIRKOSIT مقاومت حرارتی بسیار بالا تا دمای ۹۰۰ درجه سانتیگراد

و تحمل فشارهای بسیار بالا تا فشار ۵۵۰ بار را دارد در کمپرسورها،توربین ها و ژنراتورهای صنعتی موجود در نیروگاه ها و پتروشیمی ها و خطوط انتقال نفت استفاده می شود.

چسب بیرکوزیت تک جزئی می باشد.خمیر بیرکوزیت بعد از استفاده این قابلیت را دارد که بلافاصله تحت فشار و حرارت قرار بگیرد.

خمیر بیرکوزیت رنگ قهوه ای مایل به قرمز دارد.همچنین تمیز بودن سطوح باعث بهبود قابلیت چسب بیرکوزیت می شود.

برای تمیز کردن سطوح مورد نظر می توان از اسپری کلینر یا الکل استفاده نمود.

The adhesion on sealing surfaces and butt joints is so high that a one hundredPressurepercent seal is guaranteed even for pressures up to 250 bar.resistanceThe pressure resistance for flanges without sealing rings is guaranteed up to 450 bar,and even up to 550 barfor screw joints

When used in accordance with instructions and with regular servicing as required forService lifesteam and gas turbinesas well as for the application areas stated above, weguarantee a service life for use onmachined sealing surfaces (butt joints) of 10 years
